We’ll begin Phase Three by assessing how far you’ve come. We’ll help you establish a new goal, which will determine our course over the next 90 days.
Some problems are foreseeable, others will arise on the path forward. It’s wise to acknowledge this. We’ll design a plan to conquer problems and avoid setbacks. We’ll also design a new KPI scorecard to accurately track progress and watch your business grow, goal by goal.
With your strategy in hand, you’ll be set to achieve results and create the meaningful change you wish to see in the world.
Summary: Phase Three repeats the processes of Phase One and Phase Two, adding new levels to your tower of success. What is the time commitment?
You and your team can attend as much or as little of the program as you like. The only thing that is required is the initial onboarding (approx. 5 hours) and 1-hour quarterly strategy meeting.
Outside of that, all sessions are recorded and questions can be submitted ahead of time if you can’t make a session.
Is this a fully remote program?
Yes, the program is entirely remote, offering flexibility and convenience. We also host an optional hybrid annual event, blending in-person and virtual participation. This gathering is a unique opportunity to meet the community face-to-face and is highly recommended.
What if i'm based outside the US?
